The planning process

A planning application for the proposal including details of layout, scale, appearance, access and landscaping is being submitted to Bedford Borough Council in September.

The period of consultation will continue after the plans have been submitted and all your comments will be considered in the planning process.

We welcome your views as part of the on-going consultation and they will be taken into account in the application and in the plans for the operation of the care village.

Have your say and keep up-to-date

We hope you will let us know your views on the proposed Continuing Care Retirement Village, the planning authority will take your views into account.

Please post your completed questionnaire in the enclosed pre-paid envelope, (please note: there is no need to affix a stamp) or deposit the questionnaire in the box at the Public Exhibition on the 11th September.

All questionnaires must be returned by 20th September 2010.
