The Village Centre

The Reception, Restaurant and Café Bar are all conveniently situated in the Village Centre, fronting the Village Square with its outdoor seating and parasols. Here, there will also be the Library & IT, Gift Shop and Laundry & Dry Cleaning; and a private Dining Room that can be reserved for activities and parties. There is even a Hair & Beauty Salon for the occasional pampering.

These facilities are for our residents to enjoy and we intend to work with local businesses to deliver these services. The Village Centre is the main hub of activity and it also houses the treatment rooms, administrative and domiciliary care offices.

64 Assisted Living & 14 Linked Assisted Living Apartments

These offer a semi-independent lifestyle and are designed to make life as easy and enjoyable as possible. They usually comprise a sitting room, one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and a kitchen. Assisted Living Units are available to purchase or rent. Whilst they all have easy access, they are ideally suited to the more physically able or a couple where one partner will need some personal or mobility assistance.

23 Close Care Apartments

These will be available to buy or to rent. They offer more privacy and independence than a care bedroom and are a real and muchneeded alternative to the type of accommodation available in existing residential care homes. A Close Care Unit will comprise bedroom(s) with an en-suite bathroom/shower room, lounge, and galley kitchen with microwave and fridge. They will also have carpets and curtains fitted. All residents subscribe to a package which includes all food, inclusive of restaurant meals, soft drinks, tea and coffee, all heating, lighting and water utilities and daily care, cleaning and laundry.
